The packaging was awful with too much tape on the external box (seemed to be previously returned & repacked piece). The main watch box too was open i.e. not company sealed. The product tag was unattached & the watch was upside down... as if someone had opened the box & then repacked it. Perhaps the original item was replaced (I cannot tell for sure)!Either ways, my purchase purpose to gift my wife was been totally ruined... As we decided to return the watch given doubts on its origin/authenticity.lovely watch. looks exactly like the picture
