I was able to remove all batteries from smaller watches but if you have any large mens watches like a diver watch you are going to have trouble as it does not open wide enough and you with have to rig it and potentially scratch back sideI really needed this to get the back off my Fossil watch. I was excited to get the battery replaced for the week. Jewelers want to hang onto your watch to protect themselves from Covid - just to install a battery, so I was going to DIY. Nope. Not with this tool. The three-point case wrench is supposed to be the best one to use. This tool, however, is poorly made.It comes in a plastic case with slots for all of the "bits." That's what earned it 2 stars. One of the body screws was rolling around in the box when it came, and I couldn't get it to thread back together properly.The bits are poorly threaded - as they screw into the device to keep them steady. I understand cross threading and why it's important to ensure you don't do that... and i was VERY careful - but turns out some of these just have poor threads and just aren't ever going to screw into the device nicely.Perhaps you get what you pay for in one of these? This is going back and I'm completely disappointed.Looks are deceiving on this tool.The handle is the best part of the device as far as components.A few thoughts as I am returning this back to Amazon due to one of the upper slots has a threading issue and won’t accept any of the heads.1. It won’t open large enough for several watches larger than 48mm (I’m guessing).2. The upper mechanisms are very cheaply manufactured from the wheels used to open and close to the head placements down the the springs that open and move the device. .3. You could use this device in a middle school music concerts as a Cabasa shaker... go ahead and google it I’ll wait.4. The little bit of time I spent with it left grease and oil on my hands that I’d hate for someone else to experience using this with precious metal timepiece or a white t shirt. You can see the white towel and the plastic bag the items were shipped in once were white and the bag should be clear.5. The case it comes with seems handy and includes tiny slots to hold the various heads looks great however the reality is the slots are larger than the attachments and don’t hold them. Once the case is closed expect the heads to be everywhere and spill once you reopen the case. Again looks great but a failed execution.This kit is very useful. I use it every day at work and it does the job.I thought this would be easy to use but wasn't. Maybe my watch had been tightened too much the last time the battery was changed but in any case I couldn't get my watch open.So far, so good ... Worked great on my husband's SeikoUse is fairly intuitive. That is good bausebthere were no instructions in the box. Worked reasonably well. Storage box could be better but what do you want for $10.Good value for the money.Da igual que puntera uses, ni que marca de reloj, no hay marera de justarlo bien y cuando se te escapa rayas toda la tapa del reloj. Lo he probado con un Fossil, Michael Kors y lottus. En todos pasa lo mismo. Mala inversion.
