The watch brand I purchased from has been a complete disappointment. After less than six months of wearing my watch, it broke, and when I contacted their customer service team, I received an unsatisfactory response.Their team informed me that since it had been more than 30 days since my purchase, they could not offer me any repair services or a replacement for my broken watch. I find this completely unacceptable as I would expect a watch to last for a reasonable amount of time, especially given the investment I made in their brand.It is disappointing that the watch brand is not standing behind its products and providing support to its customers. As a result of their poor customer service, I am now left with a broken watch that I cannot use and a negative impression of their brand.It is my hope that the watch brand will reconsider their policies regarding customer support and take steps to ensure that their customers receive the level of support they deserve. Until then, I would advise others to avoid purchasing watches from this brand.
