I own quite a few watches, and this one was just weird enough that I had to have it. The positives? Predictable Nh35 movement, the California dial is really sharp, I have pretty small wrists and the watch wears surprisingly well, when frankly it shouldn't. It is nicely constructed, and definitely a head turner. The negatives? Out of the box I was far more impressed with my Steeldive 1970 at $60 less. The oversized screw down crown is nice, but it would have been nice if they had put an o-ring at the bottom. The luminescence is okay but seems to quickly fade. I really don't care for the anti-glare coating on the crystal at all. Yes I am complaining about minutiae, and yes you should definitely buy it. But not for $190.
