I love the look of the watch however the clasp is not working securely enough, I went out for the evening, made sure my watchy was correctly clasped and halfway thru the evening my watch was missing on my wrist, Thankfully I retraced my steps and found my watch on the group beneath a chair I was sitting on.Why is this happening and can you guarantee I will not lose this watch? I am very disappointedI love these watches. My warranty ended for my last watch during COVID and could not find someone to change the battery without dishing out some money. If you can, get the battery change during your warranty time. Otherwise, this look is classic. Bought the same piece as I loved the color combination of black on black with gold and haven’t seen many options out there as flattering as the ones they come out with. Get at least one Vincero watch and you’ll understand.A beautiful watch , but I can’t adjust it to be smaller ( I see how it is to be done , but it won’t budge) and in fastening it , it keeps falling off . So disappointed . Afraid to wear it .The watch is absolutely beautiful and very classy looking. I will definitely look into purchasing another in the future, but direct from Vincero. The reason for the 4 stars is the first image depicts rose gold with a white face and black leather band. The one I received has a black face. Again, it is still beautiful and very well crafted and will go well with my professional work attire.It's a good looking watch but I am having trouble wearing it. No instructions on how to adjust the mesh band on your wrist. Please explain this to me. I have a small wrist. The seller got it to me on time and in perfect condition. They have also contacted me to let me know they would fix any issues right away. I haven't had any issues, but I appreciate the contact. Completely satisfied with this watch and the seller.The metal is a nice rose color and the gray of the band is good. The leather band feels a little cheap. The face and simple style is what I like about the watch. I wear for every day.I love this watch! It is very elegant!I’m also very pleased with the seller. The watch band was to big, it was the mesh watch band and I didn’t know how to adjust it. I sent the seller an e-mail on Sunday May 27, 2018, and on Monday, May 28, 2018 (Memorial Day), I received a response and a link to a video on Youtube how to change the size. The video was easy to follow and the band was simple to adjust. I adjusted it within a matter of seconds. I would highly recommend this watch to anyone looking for a simple elegant watch.The band colour of the watch looks very blue, however in reality it's gray...not a colour I would choose.The size and design of the watch face is nice, but the band takes away.Disappointed.This is a very stylish watch. Took a while to find one I really liked and this one is not a disappointment.
